GeoDrop Terms of Service

Welcome to GeoDrop! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GeoDrop website, application, and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by LowJam LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Public Use: For users accessing public or "play-around" features without an account, your use of the site constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
• Registered Use: For users accessing AI features or paid plans, you must sign in via Google Authentication. By clicking "Sign in with Google," you explicitly agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to use any part of the Service. GeoDrop does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, you are prohibited from using the Service.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

• Google Auth: Access to advanced features requires a valid Google account. You agree that any information associated with your account is accurate.
• Initialization: Upon your first login, your account is initialized via a server-side process with default settings.
• Security: You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Lemon Squeezy

• Merchant of Record: All paid subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is the legal seller of the Service and is responsible for all billing, tax collection, and global compliance.
• Tiers: We offer Free, Pro ($5/mo), and Pro Plus ($25/mo) tiers.
• Renewal and Cancellation: Paid plans renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: All sales are final and non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion.

5. AI Features and SQL Environment

GeoDrop utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to assist in data visualization and styling.

• Local Execution: SQL queries are executed within a DuckDB WASM instance running locally in your browser. We do not have access to, nor do we store, the data you load into this local instance.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and ownership of any data you load into the Service.
• Prohibited Use: You agree not to attempt to "jailbreak," circumvent safety filters, or use the AI interface to generate harmful, illegal, or prohibited content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass GeoDrop’s feature gating or entitlement security.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to coordinate prohibited activities.
• Perform actions that interfere with the performance or stability of the Service, including the local execution environment.

7. Intellectual Property

GeoDrop, including its software, architecture, and branding, is the exclusive property of LowJam LLC. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights.

8. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LowJam LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or the output of the AI features. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
